KonnectHub is hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing Water Filtration Solutions product line. If you are confident in B2C outbound sales skilled in cold calling and motivated by commission-based earnings this opportunity is for you.
We specialize in selling high-quality Whole House Water Filtration Systems Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems and Water Softeners to residential customers across the U.S and Australia.
Position Overview
As an SDR you will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals. You will educate customers handle objections maintain accurate CRM records and build long-term client relationships.
This role requires a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and is comfortable working in different time zone.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls
Perform cold calling and cold emailing
Qualify prospects and guide them through the sales funnel
Schedule consultations and product demos when needed
Customer Engagement & Sales Conversion
Educate customers on:
Whole House Water Filter Systems
Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems
Water Softeners
Clearly communicate product features benefits and value
Handle objections effectively
Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets
CRM & Sales Tracking
Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot Salesforce or similar)
Track follow-ups and nurture leads
Monitor pipeline and sales performance
Customer Relationship Management
Provide timely support for inquiries
Ensure a positive buying experience
Encourage repeat business and referrals
Collaboration & Strategy
Work with marketing and internal teams to improve messaging
Provide customer insights and market feedback
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience as an SDR BDR or B2C Sales Representative (strictly no B2B experience)
Required: Hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle from cold calling and lead generation to closing deals in a B2C environment
Must be based in the Philippines
Preferably but not required proven experience selling water filtration systems reverse osmosis (RO) systems water softeners or similar products
Demonstrated success in high-volume B2C cold calling lead conversion and closing
Excellent communication persuasion and negotiation skills with a strong customer-first approach
Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track performance
Ability to explain technical products in a simple clear and customer-friendly manner
Self-driven proactive and highly target-oriented
Able to work independently in a fully remote setup
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: 25000/month
Commission: Per System Sold
