The IT Officer is responsible for maintaining the companys IT infrastructure ensuring system reliability and providing technical support to users. The role supports daily operations by managing hardware software and network systems.
Provide technical support for hardware software and network-related issues
Maintain and monitor IT systems servers and network infrastructure
Install configure and troubleshoot computer systems and applications
Ensure data security backups and system updates are properly implemented
Coordinate with vendors for IT services and equipment
Document IT processes and maintain system records
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
Experience in IT support systems administration or network management
Knowledge of hardware software and networking fundamentals
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and customer support skills
