Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the companys IT and digital transformation strategy ensuring technology initiatives support business growth and operational goals.
• Oversee enterprise applications including ERP CRM HRIS sales systems and other critical platforms ensuring seamless integration scalability and reliability.
• Manage IT infrastructure cloud services networks cybersecurity data privacy disaster recovery and end-user technology services.
• Lead IT governance budgeting vendor management technology investments and major projects while ensuring cost efficiency and business value.
• Build a high-performing IT organization and strengthen data analytics business intelligence service delivery and continuous improvement capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business or a related field; advanced qualifications or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• At least 10 years of progressive IT experience including significant leadership across applications infrastructure cybersecurity data and digital transformation.
• Strong technical background in software development coding and systems design with proven experience managing enterprise platforms such as ERP CRM HRIS or sales automation systems.
• Demonstrated experience in IT financial management vendor and contract management cybersecurity data privacy disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Excellent leadership communication project management and change management skills; experience in pharmaceutical healthcare FMCG retail distribution or other regulated industries is an advantage.
