IT Developer

This is a remote position.

• Full-Stack Development & Systems Management
  
• Design develop and maintain web applications internal tools and integrations across multiple platforms.
  
• Manage CMS platforms particularly WordPress ensuring scalability security and high performance.
  
• Develop front-end interfaces and back-end logic APIs and database connections.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web platforms internal systems and workflows.
  
• Document systems architecture and processes for cross-team accessibility.
  
• Cross-Platform Integrations & Automation
  
• Implement API integrations and database connectivity solutions across company systems.
  
• Leverage automation tools like Zapier to streamline workflows and processes.
  
• Maintain and support company software and applications including 1Password Airtable Amazon Seller Central Asana Google Workspace Helium 10 HubSpot Jotform Microsoft Office Slack Time Doctor and WordPress.
  
• Data Analytics & Reporting
  
• Analyze data and create charts dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making.
  
• Utilize advanced Excel Google Sheets and reporting tools to process and present data effectively.
  
• Ensure system compliance with security standards including antivirus firewall and two-factor authentication.
  
• Remote Collaboration & Team Support
  
• Communicate technical requirements and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with marketing operations and leadership teams to deliver integrated technical solutions.
  
• Provide guidance support and mentorship to other developers or team members when required.
  
• Actively contribute to process improvements and system optimizations across the organization.
  
• Onboarding & Knowledge Sharing
  
• Train team members on system usage workflows and technical tools as needed.
  
• Document and share knowledge to improve team efficiency and continuity.
  
• Support ad-hoc tasks in line with organizational needs and priorities.
  

• Proficiency in ReactJS TypeScript SQL and Python.
  
• Experience with GitHub and version control workflows.
  
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development best practices.
  
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end development and database management.
  
• Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  

• A computer with dual monitor setup is required
  
• Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
  
• Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
  
• Camera with at least 1080p resolution
  

• 40 hours a week 8 hours a day
