Job Summary

The IT Analyst Technical is an Oracle Fusion ERP or OTM or OIC technical engineer role. This individual is part of the fast-paced technology team supporting Wegos global chemical distribution network in complex Ocean-Rail-Truck multi-modal shipments. The IT Analyst is a technical individual contributor role but collaborates with other team members to ensure a projects success. The ideal candidate for this position must have hands on experience configuring customizing and integrating OTM in the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Oracle BI Reporting to solve complex business problems.

• Participate in full projects from concept to launch with some architect responsibilities.

• Manage defects by determining root cause implement corrective action and document findings in Wegos CRM tool.

• Monitor and maintain system health monitors so deviations from the norm are detected early.

• Work directly with business partners to define / refine requirements in Solution and Dashboards.

• Participate in weekly meetings and track project progress in Asana.

• Configure customize andsupport Oracle FusionFinancials modules includingGeneral Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets(FA) Cash Management(CM) and FinancialReporting.

• Expertise in building error handling auditing scheduling deployment monitoring/alert integrations in OIC/ICS and support end-to-end testing of integrations.

• Thorough knowledge of Mapping Lookups Connections XSLT Agents Packages and other features of OIC.

• Troubleshoot and resolveproduction issues involvingOracle Fusion ERP Financials Cost Management OTM and OIC.
