The Insurance Insider: You bring previous experience in a P&C Insurance CSR role and deeply understand the nuances of homeowners and auto insurance products.

The Applied Epic Pro: You preferably have at least six months of hands-on experience navigating Applied Epic or you possess strong comparable experience with other insurance management systems.
