Inspector Coating & Painting

Responsibilities
- Perform inspection of coating painting insulation and corrosion protection activities.
- Monitor surface preparation blasting coating application and insulation installation works.
- Conduct coating inspections including DFT WFT adhesion testing holiday testing and environmental checks.
- Inspect and verify 3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) coating systems for pipeline projects.
- Review inspection reports material certificates and QA/QC documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications quality requirements and international standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Diploma Holders: Minimum 12 years of industrial QA/QC experience in 3LPE Coating Systems Coating Painting and Insulation.
- Bachelors Degree Holders: Minimum 10 years of industrial QA/QC experience in Coating Painting and Insulation within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Valid BGAS Grade 2 or NACE Level 2 Coating Inspector Certification.
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation coating application corrosion protection insulation systems and pipeline coating inspections.
- Experience with Oil & Gas refinery petrochemical or pipeline projects is preferred.
- Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for international project assignments.
