Sales Activities Monitoring: - Timely update CRM to ensure accurate recording ofSales activities - Track sales activities and assist in converting prospectsto actual sales -Maintain documentation of sales activities -Proposal and Quotation Preparation: -Prepare quotations and pricing options -Complete sales documentation and requirements - Ensure the submission of completed proposals
Sales Targets: -Meet sales targets -Contribute to overall revenue targets
Customer Support: - Provide timely and professional responses to clientinquiries - Identify upgrade opportunities and expanded salesprospecting
Qualifications Knowledge andSkills: - At least 2 years experience in SaaS inside sales techsales B2B telesales or similar roles - Comfortable explaining software concepts to non-techclients -Strong presentation and virtual demo skills -Proficient in CRM tools -Strong communication negotiations skills -Ability to learn technical products quickly
