Process Improvement & Optimization

• Assist in evaluating existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles including 5S Kaizen and waste reduction initiatives.
• Participate in time and motion studies to improve productivity and optimize resource utilization.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect analyze and interpret production data (e.g. cycle time downtime and throughput).
• Prepare reports dashboards and presentations to support operations teams.

Production Support

• Collaborate with production quality and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support planning and scheduling activities to optimize workflow and meet production targets.

Continuous Improvement Projects

• Participate in assigned improvement projects related to cost reduction process efficiency and quality enhancement.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations for improving manufacturing performance and operational workflows.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
