About the Job:

We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Associate to join our clients Cybersecurity team and help strengthen enterprise identity and security this role you will support the implementation and operation of IAM solutions manage user access processes and help address complex security and data protection challenges. You will collaborate with cybersecurity professionals work closely with stakeholders and contribute to initiatives that enhance security compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation administration and optimization of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Manage user provisioning de-provisioning access reviews and identity lifecycle processes.
• Analyze and resolve complex identity and access-related issues and security challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Monitor and maintain IAM controls to support data protection and risk management initiatives.
• Assist in the investigation and remediation of access-related security incidents.
• Develop and maintain documentation procedures and technical standards for IAM operations.
• Utilize ticket management systems to track manage and resolve IAM requests and issues.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while delivering high-quality service.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• 4 years of extensive experience in Identity and Access Management Cybersecurity or related security functions.
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies user provisioning and access management processes.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles controls and compliance requirements.
• Experience with ticket management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management concepts.
• Scripting experience using PowerShell Ruby or similar automation tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with IAM frameworks security standards and best practices.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
