DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a I2C DS Cash App Analyst located in Manila Philippines

This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team in theInvoice to Cashprocess area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class cost-effective financialservicesand compliancein a J&J wayto our Operating Companies around the world.

ITCCash Application Analystis responsible forprocessing customer receipts and adjustments inan accurateandtimelymanner for specific business sectors and countries serviced by GS Manila.

Key Responsibilities:

Processes andreconcilescash receipts bankstatementand remittance advice.

Ensures that all incoming payments applied are balanced free of discrepancies and conform to policies and procedures

Works closely with Collections team for customer payment and claims reconciliation

Prepares customers statement of account requests for refunds and write-offs/write-onswhen there are credits on the customers account

Generates and reconciles closing reports

Ensures service levels and targets are met as per Service Level Agreements.

Ensures proper andtimelyescalation of issues so that they are resolved to meet internal and external expectations

Identifiesopportunities andparticipatesin process improvement projects within the Cash Applications and AR reporting process

Ensuresall processdocumentations arecurrent.

Support internal or external audits as needed.

Qualifications:

Education

A minimum of abachelorslevel degree or equivalent is preferably in accounting or finance.

CPA CMAMBAand/or other financial certificationsispreferred.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.

Working knowledge of SAP is a plus

Technologyproficiencyin Microsoft Office

Excellent data entry and processing skills with an eye for detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask and manage time and multiple deadlines

Mustpossessability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable

Preferred

Experience from BPO or shared services center of a multinational corporation and even local companies with relevant experience.

0 to 2 years in AR/Cash Applications rolein BPO/shared Svcis preferred.
