Experience working within a commercial BPO environment including direct interaction and collaboration with external clients:

Proven capability in overseeing HR operations for a workforce of 300 employees managing the full employee lifecycle
Strong expertise in core HR functions such as Employee Data Management (EDM) compensation & benefits and payroll with experience delivering HR services in a client-facing setup
Over 18 years of experience in the BPO industry with extensive exposure to HR operations and service delivery
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale SOW-driven projects ensuring timely delivery of defined milestones
