Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Regional Lead to drive and oversee HR strategy implementation across an entire region. This role plays a key leadership function in aligning HR initiatives with business priorities while ensuring operational excellence and strong people programs across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee HR strategy execution across the assigned region
• Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders on workforce and talent needs
• Drive organizational development talent management and succession planning initiatives
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies systems and programs across all sites
• Analyze HR data and provide insights to support regional business decisions
• Lead employee relations strategies and manage complex cases when needed
• Develop and mentor HR teams across multiple locations
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or related field
• At least 812 years of progressive HR experience
• Minimum 46 years in a leadership or regional management role
• Strong background in HR strategy organizational development and workforce planning
• Proven experience managing large-scale or multi-site HR operations
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
