Role Overview
The HR Intern(OJT)will support theHRteamin day-to-day HR functions includingonboarding employee engagementHRISand administrative processes. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced global environment and exposure to key HR operations.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
Support onboarding processes
Assistin preparing onboarding materials and communications
Help ensure a positive new employee experience
Employee Engagement & Culture
Assistin organising engagement initiatives (e.g. Global Monthly Celebrations)
Help draft internal communications and announcements
Support culture and wellbeing initiatives
HRIS Management
Assistinmaintainingand updating employee records in HRISensuring accuracy and completeness
Provide support inHR analytics (e.g. basic dashboards trend tracking data interpretation)
Handle HRIS datain accordance withData Privacy Act and company policies
Digital and AI Support
Demonstrateresponsible and ethical use of AIto support HR processes
Support identification of opportunities where AI or automation can improve HR efficiency
Assistin organising HR data to support reporting and insights
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Psychology or related field
Goodwritten and verbalcommunication skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
Proficient in Microsoft365(Outlook Word ExcelPowerpoint Copilot)
Interest inHR technology automation and AI-driven processesis anadvantage
Willing to workonsiteinMakati(with daily intern allowance)
