Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support and manage day-to-day HR operations. This role covers a wide range of HR functions including hiring employee relations payroll support compliance and performance management. The ideal candidate is people-focused organized and capable of handling multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting screening interviews onboarding)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
- Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Handle employee relations concerns and provide HR guidance to employees and managers
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in performance management processes including evaluations and documentation
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Support training and development initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or related field
- At least 24 years of experience in HR functions
- Experience in payroll and benefits administration is an advantage
- Excellent in oral and written communication; Interviewing skills; Test report and writing skills
- Excellent observation and communication skills
- Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills
- Experience in conducting wellness training programs and workshops is a plus
