HR Generalist (Recruitment and L&D)
Makati On-site Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with strong exposure to both Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Development (L&D). This role is ideal for someone who can balance recruitment training initiatives and administrative HR support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (Talent Acquisition) processes
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify development gaps
• Support and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs
• Coordinate with external training vendors for company events and development initiatives
• Provide administrative and operational HR support
• Assist in organizing training sessions workshops and employee engagement activities
• Maintain HR records documentation and reports
• Act as backup support for various HR functions as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Management (strict requirement)
• At least 2 years of HR experience with strong exposure to TA and L&D
• Proven experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and recruitment
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
