Job Summary
Reports to: Director of Employee Experience
Role Overview: The HR generalist provides essential administrative and operational support to the HR Operations team. You will ensure that onboarding employee movements offboarding and day-to-day HR services are accurate timely and compliant with local labor regulations.
Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
New Hire Orientation: Conduct HR orientations issue employment contracts and train new hires on internal HR systems.
Account Setup: Coordinate payroll bank account openings ATM distribution and employee ID creation.
Records Management: Maintain and audit physical and digital employee 201 files to ensure all mandatory government and company forms are complete.
Payroll Support: Prepare and review semi-monthly payroll reports government deduction files and resolve employee payroll and benefits queries.
Employee Movement
Performance Tracking: Monitor the completion of performance evaluations for probationary employees to ensure timely regularization.
Contract Management: Track contract end dates for project-based or casual employees.
Personnel Changes: Process Employee Change Notices (ECNs) for promotions title changes salary adjustments and lateral transfers.
Offboarding
Clearance & Separation: Manage the offboarding documentation system deactivation and statutory updates for separating employees.
Final Pay Coordination: Work with payroll to ensure accurate calculation of final pay tax clearance and issuance of government certificates of separation.
Global Projects
Get involved in cross-functional global HR initiatives and projects across the company as needed.
