Job Description Summary

This individual will demonstrate and execute all functions of the Human Resources Coordinator role focused on managing the background check process compliance and reporting as part of the onboarding process for new hires as well as offboarding on a client account within Global Occupier Services.

This position will act as front-line point of contact for employee inquiries and will liaise regularly with the companys third-party background check providers and members within our HR Shared Services team. This role with report directly to the on-account Senior People Partner based in Singapore.

About the Role:

• Managed end-to-end background check processes across 1518 countries in APAC and EMEA ensuring timely completion compliance and adherence to SLAs.

• Served as the primary point of contact for managers and employees providing guidance on background check procedures HRIS (Workday) transactions and process-related inquiries.

• Created and maintained daily weekly and monthly reports documentation and communications while safeguarding confidential employee records and data.

• Collaborated with HR Shared Services and key stakeholders to resolve issues support projects deliver training and improve background screening processes.

• Provided high-level customer service by addressing routine and complex cases interpreting policies ensuring compliance and maintaining process standards and guidelines.

About You:

• Bachelors Degre in HR or equivalent.

• 2 years of HR or related experience with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential employment information professionally.

• Experience with HR systems such as Workday preferred along with exposure to background screening tools including Sterling Direct OnGrid and Fieldglass.

• Highly organized detail-oriented and adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrates critical thinking problem-solving interpersonal skills accountability and a strong sense of ownership in delivering results.

• Agreeable to work 5 days a week with 2 days in the office.
