Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee relations cases investigations and conflict resolution.
- Advise leaders on employee concerns disciplinary actions and labor law compliance.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and HR procedures.
- Conduct case documentation hearings and administrative processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Analyze employee relations trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Support performance management and organizational change initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business or a related field.
- 35 years of HR experience with a focus on Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws employee discipline and grievance handling.
- Excellent communication conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining confidentiality.
