Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee relations cases investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Advise leaders on employee concerns disciplinary actions and labor law compliance.
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and HR procedures.
  • Conduct case documentation hearings and administrative processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Analyze employee relations trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support performance management and organizational change initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business or a related field.
  • 35 years of HR experience with a focus on Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws employee discipline and grievance handling.
  • Excellent communication conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining confidentiality.
