Job Summary
We are looking for a Hotel Revenue Manager to join Arnage Group and help our hotels maximize revenue and occupancy through effective pricing forecasting and distribution management.

Arnage Group is a new international hotel group building a family of hotel brands for independently owned hotels resorts and extended-stay properties worldwide.
As a Revenue Manager you will be responsible for supporting the revenue performance of our hotels. You will work remotely and collaborate closely with hotel management to develop pricing and revenue strategies based on market demand booking trends competition seasonality and upcoming events.
The hotel management team has the final say on pricing while you provide the revenue expertise analysis recommendations and ongoing support.
- Set and adjust room pricing and rate strategies based on demand and market conditions.
- Monitor booking pace pickup occupancy seasonality local events and competitor pricing.
- Prepare regular revenue forecasts and performance reports.
- Manage and optimize distribution across OTAs GDS wholesale groups and direct bookings.
- Identify opportunities to increase occupancy ADR and overall hotel revenue.
- Hold a weekly online meeting with hotel management to review performance and discuss pricing and revenue strategy.
- Plan ahead for high-demand dates events high season base rates and future booking periods.
- Work with hotel teams to turn revenue data and market insights into practical actions.
- A bachelors degree in hospitality management business or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in hotel revenue management.
- Good understanding of hotel pricing forecasting and distribution.
- Experience with revenue management systems property management systems channel managers GDS and OTA extranets is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English as you will work with hotel owners and managers internationally.
- Fluency in Spanish French Italian German or another language is an advantage.
Experience managing multiple hotels is welcome but it is not required.
