• Resolve reservation-related concerns while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
• Meet performance and quality standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• At least a Senior High School graduate.
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Customer service or sales experience is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules weekends and holidays.
