Home Health Aide – Medical Administrative Support

MedSpecialized Inc. is looking for a Home Health Aide Medical Administrative Support!

We are looking for experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our healthcare team and provide medical administrative and patient support for a US-based healthcare client.

This role is ideal for candidates with Home Health Aide experience who are interested in transitioning their healthcare knowledge into a medical administrative support role. Candidates with US Healthcare or BPO Healthcare experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Experience with medication prior authorizations pharmacy-related tasks insurance processes referrals or healthcare documentation is an advantage.

This position offers a remote work arrangement for qualified applicants residing outside Cebu.

Applicants residing within Cebu are required to work onsite at our Cebu IT Park office.

• Provide medical administrative and patient support to US-based healthcare teams.
• Assist with patient-related inquiries and coordination.
• Communicate with patients caregivers healthcare providers and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with medication-related administrative tasks and documentation.
• Support medication prior authorization (PA) processes when required.
• Coordinate and follow up with healthcare providers pharmacies and insurance companies.
• Assist with scheduling referrals medical records and other healthcare administrative tasks.
• Review and maintain accurate patient information and healthcare documentation.
• Document calls communications and patient-related activities accurately.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive healthcare information appropriately.
• Perform other healthcare administrative support tasks as assigned.

• Home Health Aide (HHA) experience is required
• Experience working with home health patients caregivers or healthcare teams
• US Healthcare or BPO Healthcare experience is highly preferred
• Experience with medication prior authorization pharmacy insurance referrals or healthcare documentation is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Computer literate and comfortable using healthcare systems and online platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to handle confidential patient information
• Willing to work on a night shift
• Willing to work during weekends and holidays when required
• Cebu-based applicants must be willing to work onsite
• Applicants outside Cebu must have a stable internet connection and a conducive home workspace

• Monthly Salary: PHP 20000 PHP 30000
