Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Experience hiring for E-commerce Retail Fulfillment Beauty or Agency environments
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to build candidate pipelines
- Existing candidate network in the Philippines is a plus
- Good English communication skills
- Proactive organized and able to work independently
