Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team asHealthcare Insurance Agents. You will assist customers with their healthcare benefits insurance inquiries and claims-related concerns.
No prior BPO experience No problem! We welcomefresh graduatesand candidates eager to start their careers in the healthcare BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls related to healthcare insurance inquiries
- Assist customers with benefits eligibility and claims status
- Provide accurate information and resolution to customer concerns
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when handling customer interactions
- Document customer interactions in the system
Qualifications:
- 4 years college graduate (no experience required) / completed at least 2 years in college (must have copy of grades or TOR) 6 months BPO experience preferably in a healthcare campaign.
- Strong English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Customer service-oriented and detail-oriented
- Willing to work onnight shift orshifting schedules (including weekends and holidays)
- Can work onsite daily
