Health, Safety and Supply Chain Coordinator

The Health Safety and Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation of Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) programs while ensuring efficient procurement inventory control supplier coordination and supply chain processes. The role assists in maintaining compliance with company policies regulatory requirements and management systems while supporting uninterrupted laboratory and operational activities through effective resource planning and supply management.

Qualifications :

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering Industrial Engineering Environmental Science Occupational Safety and Health Supply Chain Management Business Administration Chemistry or any related field.

Experience

• At least 1-3 years of experience in HSE procurement supply chain inventory management or related functions.
• Experience in laboratory industrial or service environments is an advantage.

Required Skills:

Experience/Technical Knowledge

Strong hands-on experience in:

• Inventory planning and demand forecasting
• Stock optimization and working capital control
• Supplier coordination and risk management
• Proven ability to manage and improve inventory KPIs (months cover obsolescence expiry wastage stock-outs).
• Working knowledge of HSE requirements in laboratory or industrial settings including chemical handling waste management and workplace safety.
• Training or certification related to ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 or equivalent HSE systems is an advantage.
• Experience supporting or implementing Health and Safety programs inspections risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Operations Finance QA and Procurement.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and coach teams without direct authority.
• Detail-oriented disciplined and able to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic data analysis tools.
• Strong written and spoken English; Filipino proficiency preferred.

Language

• Proficient in English & Filipino (both written and verbal).
