As we continue to grow were seeking a strategic and people-focused Head of Talent Management & Human Resources to lead both our internal workforce and our creator talent ecosystem.
The Head of Talent Management & Human Resources is responsible for developing and leading KeyMiks people strategy across two primary areas:
Internal Talent
Employees
Contractors
Freelancers
Interns
External Talent
Content Creators
Influencers
Brand Ambassadors
Affiliate Partners
Creator Coaches and Trainers
This executive leader oversees talent acquisition onboarding learning and development performance management employee engagement creator success programs compliance and HR operations while fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and high performance.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Organizational Development or a related field.
7 years of experience in HR talent management or people operations.
3-5 years in a leadership role.
Experience recruiting and managing remote teams.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.
Excellent leadership coaching and interpersonal skills.
Experience developing performance management programs.
Experience in marketing agencies creator economy platforms technology companies or startups.
Experience managing creator or influencer programs.
HR certification (SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR SPHR or equivalent).
Experience with global remote teams and international contractors.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Organizational Development or a related field. 7 years of experience in HR talent management or people operations. 3-5 years in a leadership role. Experience recruiting and managing remote teams. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations. Excellent leadership coaching and interpersonal skills.
