With 60 storeys high the complex is comprised of576 hotel guestrooms and 97 hotel residences and 98exclusive Horizon Homes the high rise building is a Manila landmark. The new hotelcomplements the companys five existing properties in the Philippines.

JOB SUMMARY

His/Her primary job is to provide prompt professional and efficient beverage service while overseeing daily bar operations and ensuring consistent quality and service standards. The Head Bartender leads and supports the bar team maintains hygiene and safety standards and ensure a friendly courteous and personalized guest experience that reflects the Shangri-La The Fort Manila image. He/She must have a comprehensive knowledge of all beverage products bar operations and service standards across the F&B division.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Hospitality or at least with NCII certificate
• Preferably has Head Bartender working experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5-star hotel
• Preferably has a passion for Food & Beverage
• Preferably knowledgeable on beverage items
• Preferably enjoys interacting with guests
• Preferably communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Preferably willing to work shifts
• Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
• Committed to serving food of the highest quality
