Our Safety Security and Administrative Services group is looking for experienced and driven professionals to join us in Makati as Head of Admin andSafety.

In this role you will manage the billing and contract administration of Third-Party Service Providers ensuring timely processing and compliance with contractual obligations. You will oversee contracts Terms of Reference (TORs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support efficient service delivery. You will also monitor service provider compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements and assist the Unit Head in ensuring the Safety & Security Divisions adherence to governance risk and compliance standards.

What the role will entail

• 100% compliance to EastWest Bank (EWB) Security Manual
• Billing and contract administration of Third-Party Service Providers.
• oversee full compliance of Third-Party Service Providers to regulations and TORs/SLAs
• Management and oversight of Contracts/TORs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with stakeholders.

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in any field. Masteral degree is a plus
• At least five (5) years supervisory experience gained in banking finance or manufacturing industry
• Customer-focused courteous and maintains a positive attitude with the ability to deliver under tight timelines
• Highly responsible detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
