Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst located in Taguig Philippines to provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support to the Global Services business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Financial Planning & Analysis support for forecast and actuals cycles (variance explanations financial reporting and closing processes headcount tracking)
• Lead the preparation of presentation materials for forecast updates and quarterly results packages to business partners
• Supports period-closing activities - this includes accruals estimations & validation fixed asset transactions and executing intercompany cross-charges.
• Ensure consistency in approach across all regions in close partnership with Global Functions FP&A team while maintaining a strong financial control environment from a SOX & Statutory perspective
• Master data management
• Sustain an environment that drives innovation continuous improvement maximizing existing solutions and developing new capabilities in response to emerging business needs
• Other closing and reporting activities
• Ad hoc global and regional initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred

REQUIRED:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience

• Excellent oral written and communication skills and fluent in English
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables Formulas LOOKUP functions)
• Knowledge in Macros is preferred
• Willing to work on hybrid set-up

• Successful experience of working with virtual teams

PREFERRED:

• Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable Professional certification of ACCA CPA CMA CIMA preferred
