Role Summary
We are seeking a highly autonomous commercially minded Graphic Designer (B2B Specialist) to lead the conceptualization design and execution of high-impact visual assets for our business-to-business (B2B) sales pipelines.
Because this role involves establishing brand collateral for new product launches you must be a true self-starter capable of taking a high-level brief from the CEO setting a visual direction from scratch and executing with minimal scaffolding. You will work in lockstep with our Content Assemblers (who package raw technical data/copy) and our Social Media Manager (who deploys campaigns to market).
Key Responsibilities & Time Allocation
1. Commercial & Pre-Sales Collateral (40% of Time)
Collateral Generation: Design beautifully polished professional B2B marketing collateral from scratch including corporate brochures product flyers technical data sheets and digital leave-behind assets.
High-Conversion Pitch Decks: Craft visually compelling editable pitch decks and presentation templates for the executive team to use during high-stakes client meetings and investor pitches.
Trade Show Activation: Design experiential large-format graphics event signage pull-up banners and promotional merchandise layouts for upcoming industry trade shows.
2. Digital Assets & Channel Optimization (30% of Time)
Website Refresh: Design modern responsive web elements banners landing page layouts and custom iconography to optimize our B2B website user experience.
EDM Design: Create striking mobile-responsive visual layouts and graphics for B2B Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns tailored specifically for deployment within HubSpot.
Social Media Creative: Produce thumb-stopping social media assets (LinkedIn banners post templates carousel graphics and infographics) that elevate our corporate brand authority.
3. New Product Development & Packaging (20% of Time)
Packaging Design: Create iterate and finalize structural and aesthetic packaging designs for upcoming new product rollouts.
Print-Ready Execution: Ensure all packaging layouts strictly adhere to Australian print standards including exact dielines material finish requirements barcode placement and legal/compliance typography.
Supplier Liaison: Prepare clean error-free press-ready output files to hand off directly to local or international print packaging manufacturers.
4. Workflow Collaboration & Asset Management (10% of Time)
Content Assembly: Weave raw copy technical specifications and imagery from Content Assemblers into clean layouts seamlessly.
Campaign Syncing: Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to ensure creative outputs match campaign calendars brand tone and exact post specifications.
Asset Governance: Maintain a highly organized cloud-based digital asset management system so templates raw vector files and final exports are easily accessible.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Design Suite Mastery: Elite proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign Illustrator Photoshop and Acrobat Pro).
Presentation Software: Expert-level command of building highly editable professional decks using PowerPoint Google Slides or Canva.
MarTech Ecosystems: Demonstrated familiarity or direct experience designing assets optimized for HubSpot CRM workflows and marketing automation layouts.
Print Production IQ: Deep operational understanding of print processes color spaces (CMYK vs. RGB vs. Pantone) dielines bleed setup and physical packaging material constraints.
Autonomy & Ego-Free Ideation: Proven ability to thrive staring at a blank page set a visual direction independently and accept direct feedback from executive leadership with agility.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Delivery Velocity: Consistently meeting or exceeding agreed-upon design sprint timelines for critical pre-sales materials and product launch deadlines.
Print & Production Accuracy: Maintaining a zero-error rate on finalized packaging dielines and press-ready files sent to manufacturing suppliers.
Brand Uniformity: Ensuring all assets across digital (website EDM Social) and physical mediums present a unified premium corporate identity.
Ecosystem Integration: Delivering digital layouts that integrate cleanly into HubSpot workflows with minimal formatting friction.
