Global Hub People Operations Manager

Overall Description: 

Leads and manages the Global Hub People Operations Team and operations

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Global Hub Administrators ensuring quality and accuracy

Guide and support Global Hub Administrators in daytoday HR operations and HR administration processes using the relevant HR systems. This includes managing job and personal data updates employee movements voluntary terminations in the system mass data updates HR reporting and similar activities

Work in line with agreed processes and service levels and actively participate in daytoday operational activities.

Establish team KPIs promoting continuous improvement across HRO processes

Oversee said processes meeting Service Levels and KPIs

Review performance and resolve issues

Support process enhancements and best practice implementations

Provide guidance on complex cases and lead issue resolution

Coordinate with stakeholders for aligned reporting

Success Criteria:

Achieved high quality and efficiency in HRO activities.

Demonstrated effective team leadership resulting in improved team performance

Reports to: Head of Global People Operations

Direct Reports: Global Hub People Operations Administrators

Type of Role: Full-time

Location: Manila

Qualifications :

University degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field preferred.

5 years of relevant work experience in the People & Culture with a focus on HR Operations activities.

Very good understanding of transactional People & Culture processes.

Proficiency and strong knowledge in HR systems. Experience in HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar is a strong plus.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer service orientation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency level in English
