We are hiring General Manager in Tuazon QC.

This is an onsite work setup. Scheduled visit of branches nationwide as needed. The job position is responsible for driving nationwide sales performance productivity and profitability across all branches by leading Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Heads and ensuring disciplined execution of sales credit and operational strategies.

General Manager acts as the enterprise performance owner translating company targets into measurable outputs (UDI conversion branch productivity and profitability) while building a high-performance accountable organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business management or related field. Masters degree an advantage but not required.
• Minimum of 10 years related experience. Experience working with financing company and bank sector and/or government institutions is a
  great advantage proven experience in a managerial role.
• Must have strong decision-making capabilities highly analytical above-average communication collaboration and delegation skills proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans.
• Must have the ability to motivate lead people and hold employees accountable.
• Must have strong working knowledge of operational procedures and knowledge of participatory approaches.
• Must be a people person flexible self-motivated honest highly responsible and punctual.
