We are hiring Gen. Manager(Military/MSME/Marine) in Tuazon QC.

This is an onsite work setup (office based) and scheduled field work nationwide as needed. The General Manager drives nationwide lending growth by leading field-based sales teams (Caravans and Account Officers) ensuring high productivity strong client acquisition and disciplined execution across Military Pensioners MSME and Marine segments.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business management or related field. Masters degree an advantage but not required.
• Minimum 10 years related experience. Experience working with financing company and bank sector and/or government institutions is a great advantage proven experience in a managerial role.
• Must have a Strong decision-making capability highly analytical above-average communication collaboration and delegation skills proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans.
• Must have the ability to motivate lead people and hold employees accountable.
• Must have a strong working knowledge of operational procedures and knowledge of participatory approaches.
• Must be a people person flexible self-motivated honest highly responsible and punctual.
