Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our consulting
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting with expertise in
commercials RFP and business transformation initiatives aligned with Marketing Sales
Service or E-commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage consulting projects focused on transformation ensuring alignment
with client objectives and industry best practices.
Develop and execute strategies for enhancing client engagement through effective
marketing sales or service solutions.
Should have experience in one or more of the following areas: Business Strategy CX
Strategy Current State Assessments Future State Design Business Case & Roadmap
Development Process Design Journey Mapping and Design etc.
Own the preparation and submission of RFPs ensuring high-quality proposals that meet
client needs and expectations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative digital
solutions that drive business growth
Analyze market trends and client requirements to identify opportunities for
improvement and innovation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor
throughout the consulting process
Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a collaborative and high-performance
work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any field and masters degree in business or a related field; MBA
preferred.
6 years of experience in consulting with a focus on digital transformation projects.
Proven experience in managing commercials and RFPs
Strong understanding of marketing/ sales/ service strategies or e-commerce platforms
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building
relationships.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
