Job Summary
The GB Plan Design Trainer is responsible in developing and implementing pre-process and process training covering process flows operating platforms relevant industry and compliance requirements. Analyzes the effectiveness of training and implements improvements. Plans and conducts follow-up training and updates
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Operations toidentifytraining needs and map out annual training plans for internal teams
- Facilitatesproduct and process training for new hires and cross-trainingusing varied facilitation methods instructor-ledclassroom (in-person or virtual) instructor-led desksidehands-on trainingcoachingand mentoring
- Developsand implementstrainingcurriculum trainingplanandproductionglide paths
- Make recommendations to improve andmaintainstaff knowledge inventory based on sound data
- Updatesandmaintainstraining documentation in line with policies and procedures
- Managesthe training queues effectively to ensure that no work falls out of TAT
- Managestrainees performanceduring training periodand provideweeklyfeedback to Operations on recommendations for improvement
- Preparestransition documents for trainees moving toguidedproduction
- Conductslevel 1-4evaluations toidentifyareas of improvement
- Analyzesthe effectiveness of training and developappropriate modificationif needed
- Identifyand support creation of strong learning retention content and tools
- Participate andidentifyrisk mitigation strategies post-training
- Performsmiscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Must be meeting or exceeding performance metrics in the current position
Must not have any attendance issues and have not received disciplinary action w/in the last 12 months
Demonstrated capability to perform knowledge transfer

Effective learning transfer
Strongprofessionalism andwork ethics
Strong analytical skills
Strong problem-solving anddecision-makingskills
Strong organizational work management and time management abilities
Knowledge in Adult Learning principles and methodologies are an advantage
Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset
