Gadgets Sales Team Leader

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

We are looking for a dynamic Gadgets Sales Team Leader to manage store operations and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about gadgets and technology products and has strong leadership and retail sales experience.

• College Level or College Graduate
• With at least 24 years of experience in retail supervision or team leadership
• Experience in gadget electronics or technology retail is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in smartphones laptops gadgets and accessories
• Familiar with POS systems and inventory monitoring
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and sales-driven

• Oversee daily store operations and team productivity
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
• Assist customers in selecting suitable gadgets and accessories
• Ensure excellent customer service and staff product knowledge
• Monitor inventory stock replenishment and POS transactions
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Conduct coaching and performance monitoring for staff
• Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
