Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Front Desk Receptionist (Patient Care Specialist)to join our growing clinic this role you will be the first point of contact for our patients ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they enter the clinic until the completion of their visit. If you enjoy helping people thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills wed love to hear from you.

• Welcome and assist patients and clients.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about clinic services.
• Schedule confirm and manage patient appointments using the clinics system.
• Coordinate patient schedules with doctors and clinic staff.
• Prepare organize and maintain patient records and charts.
• Handle patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Keep the reception and waiting areas clean and organized.
• Support clinic promotions meetings trainings and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Bachelors Degree in Hospitality or Any Related Field
• With at least 2 to 3 years work experience in customer service preferably in hospitality hotel healthcare or aesthetic clinic
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Willing to be assigned in MakatiCity (Greenbelt or Rockwell/Proscenium Area)
