Job Summary
We are looking for a freelance virtual assistant to support a variety of marketing related tasks for internal and client projects.
What youll be doing
Currently you will be working on updating and launching new ads in Facebook Ads manager (no prior experience with ads required).
What else youll work on depends on what else well need help with. Past assistants have also worked on competitor research Facebook ad campaigns video editing content writing client support and a variety of tasks in other areas of marketing such as:
- Using Facebook Business Manager to research audiences set up and monitor ads
- Using marketing reporting software to monitor ad campaigns
- Using marketing automation tools and monitoring performance
- Conducting competitor research
- Prospecting on job boards social media platforms or via email or phone to identify and reach out to potential clients
Availability and amp; Pay
We are looking to work with you long-term on a flexible basis.
You need to be available for 10-20 minutes every day (including weekends) between 10 pm to 9 am UK time (overnight UK time daytime for you).
Our budget for this project is 10-20 hours per month at $3/hour so $30-$60/month initially.
Requirements:

- You need access to a computer/laptop and internet.
- You must have excellent English in writing and speaking.
- We are looking for someone reliable that can work independently without supervision and take initiative to get things done.
- Great IT skills to work with a variety of different web-based software such as Trello and Google Docs.
