DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a FP&A DS Lead located in Manila Philippines.
The Global Services Finance lead will provide financial support across the GS functions (Finance HR Proc S&O) in support of theOrthopaedicsBusiness. Responsibilities include:
Provide financial planning and analysis support to the functions across major strategic initiatives which includes project cost & headcount tracking managing cost centers variance explanations actuals closing processes and financial reporting activities.
Provide financial planning and analysis support to the functional FP&Aleadersin support of theOrthopaedicsBusinessprocess which includes partnering with regional and global FP&A GS teams to understand the base business.
Drive standardization and streamline reporting of review decks consolidation templates and support automation of all financial packages in support of GS project initiatives.
Prepare and leadpresentation of materials for reviews.
Administer financial policies and controlprocedures andmonitor the implementation of sound internal controls.
Support ad-hoc projects for continuous process improvements
The role will demonstrate the Leadership Imperatives of Connect Shape and Deliver with regard to performance by utilizing performance metric driven insights to drive towards addressing unmet needs challenging the status quo by setting aggressiveperformance targets and holding accountable key stakeholders to act with speed and agility.
Qualifications
A minimum of aBachelorsdegree is preferably with a major in Finance Economics Data Analytics or Accounting
MBA financial certification in ACA ACCA CIMA CPA CMA orotherequivalent is preferred
Prior FP&A experience and relevant systems skills such as SAP / TM1 experience is preferred
A minimum 3-5yearsfinance or related business experience is
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are(i.e.Pivot Tables Formulas VLOOKUP functions)
Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization is
Strong communications framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal negotiating and influencing skills are
Highly motivated individual with strong forward thinking analytical skills creating problem-solving track-record and intellectual curiosity is
Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of data analytics software (e.g.Alteryx Tableau) is preferred
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes.
