FMC Filing Specialist

What you do:

Accurate and timely execution of market rate pricing and surcharge filings incompliance with FMC and other regulatory requirements.

Maintenance of pricing and surcharge data integrity to ensure system efficiency and cost optimization.

Delivery of reliable pricing and surcharge insights to enable informed commercial decisions.

Process and validate market rate price settings and surcharge filings according to regional standards.

Monitor compliance with FMC SSE and other government regulations across all filings.

Maintain and update pricing and surcharge databases to ensure smooth system performance.

Prepare and share pricing and surcharge reports with commercial and platform teams.

Adopt process improvements and automation initiatives in collaboration with platform teams.

Assist in simplifying surcharge structures by coordinating with Ocean Product and FPO teams.

Who You Are:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and filings.

Knowledge of pricing strategies surcharge structures and regulatory compliance in logistics.

Analytical skills for interpreting pricing data and generating insights. Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross functional coordination.

Proficiency in pricing systems reporting tools and data management platforms.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
