Fleet Maintenance Assistant Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related program
• With at least 5 years of progressive experience in technical service management in automotive aviation fleet maintenance or transportation industry.
• Strong customer service people management and technical skills.
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance covering diesel engines and electrical systems.
• Amenable to conduct shop visits within Luzon.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in leading and developing the maintenance team.
• Oversee the maintenance repair and overall reliability of the company’s bus fleet to ensure safe efficient and compliant operations.
• Manage maintenance teams and implement preventive maintenance programs ensuring adherence to Philippine transportation regulations and minimizing vehicle downtime.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and supervise troubleshooting diagnostics repairs and overhauls.
• Implement preventive maintenance program and recommend best practices.
• Monitor proper usage of parts and other maintenance supplies
• Ensure the safety of maintenance team reducing accidents and loss of resources.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and incident logs.
