As we continue expanding we are building a centralized remote operations function to improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance coordination across our fleet and field teams.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Fleet & Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of our vehicle operations and logistics function.
This role will work closely with leadership to ensure smooth coordination of vehicles drivers and field personnel. You will act as a central point of communication helping maintain operational visibility organization and responsiveness across the fleet.
This is a highly detail-oriented communication-heavy role requiring strong ownership and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day fleet operations including vehicle tracking usage and coordination
Maintain accurate records of vehicles maintenance schedules and related documentation
Coordinate with drivers field staff and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow
Handle inbound/outbound communication with security personnel and field teams
Monitor and flag operational issues (delays breakdowns scheduling conflicts)
Assist in scheduling and dispatch coordination where needed
Update internal systems spreadsheets and CRM tools with real-time information
Ensure high responsiveness and clear communication across all stakeholders
Required Hard Skills
Experience in logistics fleet coordination dispatch or operations support
Strong proficiency in:
Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
CRM systems (HubSpot or similar preferred)
Ability to manage multiple workflows and track moving parts simultaneously
Experience working in remote or distributed teams
Comfortable handling high-volume communication
Critical Requirement: Communication
Strong clear English communication (verbal and written) is essential
Ability to confidently communicate with U.S.-based field personnel
Must be comfortable handling calls and resolving issues in real time
(This is a non-negotiable requirement due to the nature of field coordination.)
