Position : Financial Controller

Work Hours (Client) : Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5PM US Hours)

Pay Range : $1000 - $1500 USD / month(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Delivering comprehensive design-build renovation and estate maintenance solutions across regional markets the company relies on rigorous financial tracking accurate project accounting and robust data reporting to drive strategic growth.

To prepare for an upcoming executive retirement and build long-term accounting leadership the company is seeking a meticulous Financial Controller to take complete ownership of financial operations data integrity and strategic financial planning & analysis (FP&A).

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Financial Controller to join our management team. This role will be instrumental in managing key financial functions ensuring accuracy and supporting the companys growth. While there are no direct reports this position requires a high level of independence accountability and strong work ethic.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Conduct cash flow analysis to ensure liquidity and financial stability
• Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives including budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with management to provide actionable financial insights
• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
• Utilize Stride Retail (Odoo) if applicable

Minimum Qualifications:

Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA ACCA or CMA certification preferred (ideally)

Experience: Proven experience (3- 5 years) in financial management accounting or controlling roles.

• Strong in FP&A / financial analysis
• QuickBooks experience required; Stride Retail (Odoo) knowledge is a plus
• U.S. market experience preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems (e.g. SAP Oracle QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail organization and communication skills.
