Job Description

TheFinancial Analyst willbe responsible forCost Accounting andOperations Financeprojectswithin the global finance projects team. This leadership role may supportSDG AIG BPG LSG and/or LPG andmay alsoprovide support to otherThermo FisherGroups. This role will engage with finance leadership at the group and division level to ensurea seamlessexecution of company group divisional and functionalOperations Financeprojects. This position will report to aFinance Manager based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the migration of entities into core company ERPs ( and E1)with specific emphasis onmigration to themanufacturingmodule

• Identifyand ensure that business requirements are met within a project

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during setup testing and go-liveand post go-live

• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and support data-driven decision-making.
• Create maintain and update documentation to reflect system and process changes as needed.

• Challenge the status quoproactivelyidentifyand implement opportunities toleverageAI and automationand/orcollaborate withcross-functional partners( COEs)tostandardize processesdrive process improvementsanddrivesystem enhancements

• Supportad-hoc internal group and corporate requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or related field
• 5 years of progressive cost accounting experience ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP Oracle E1 (JD Edwards) or similar) with hands-on experience in implementations or major upgrades.
• In-depth knowledge of standard costing variance analysis and inventory accounting.
• Experience participating in a global cost roll.
• Flexibility to work across time zones to support global teams and projects.
