Financial Analyst, FP&A Intermediary

Job Summary
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports dashboards and presentations for business stakeholders
- Consolidate analyze and interpret financial and operational data to support decision-making and performance tracking
- Support management reporting activities including sales reporting variance analysis commentaries and financial bridges
- Assist with forecasting planning budgeting and business performance analysis initiatives
- Collaborate with global business partners and finance teams to support reporting requirements process improvements and ad hoc requests
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis financial planning and analysis (FP&A) accounting or a related finance role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong analytical communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- CPA designation or equivalent professional accounting qualification
- Experience within the Wealth and Asset Management or Financial Services industry
- Experience with financial planning forecasting and management reporting processes
- Knowledge of Power BI Anaplan SmartView-Essbase or Lawson
- Proven experience driving process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
