Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Senior Manager to lead key areas of financial planning commercial finance business performance financial governance and cash flow management. The role will work closely with the Finance Director CEO and senior management to provide financial insights that support profitability business growth and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in retail fashion consumer products FMCG or other fast-paced multi-site environments with a solid background in financial strategy performance management and finance transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of financial plans budgets forecasts and financial strategies.
- Monitor company and business-unit performance through financial analysis KPIs and profitability reviews.
- Provide commercial and financial insights to support pricing cost optimization investments expansion and other strategic decisions.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting working capital management and treasury-related activities.
- Strengthen financial controls governance policies and reporting processes.
- Partner with Operations Commercial Procurement and other departments to improve business and financial performance.
- Support financial negotiations with landlords suppliers brand principals and other key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve margins reduce costs optimize working capital and enhance profitability.
- Lead finance process improvement and transformation initiatives including automation and system enhancements.
- Ensure timely and accurate management reporting and financial analysis.
- Support the Finance Director in executive-level presentations strategic planning and business reviews.
- Lead coach and develop the finance team while ensuring strong accountability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies statutory requirements and internal financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
- At least 1012 years of progressive finance experience including significant managerial or leadership experience.
- Experience in retail fashion consumer products FMCG or other multi-site and fast-paced industries is highly preferred.
