Finance Project Controller

Job Title: Project Controller (Finance)
Location: Metro Manila

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Controller (Finance) to oversee project financial monitoring budgeting forecasting and reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to support project teams in ensuring financial efficiency and compliance.

• Monitor project budgets costs and financial performance
• Prepare financial forecasts variance analyses and project reports
• Coordinate with project managers and finance teams on budget utilization
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Track project billing expenses and cash flow
• Assist in financial planning and resource allocation
• Support audits and financial documentation requirements
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy Finance or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in project finance controlling or financial analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Knowledge of budgeting forecasting and financial controls

• Experience in construction engineering or project-based industries
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems
• CPA is an advantage but not required
