Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Planning & Performance Manager to oversee financial planning budgeting performance reporting and strategic financial analysis. This position plays a vital role in supporting leadership with data-driven recommendations that improve profitability and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Prepare monthly management reports and business performance reviews.
- Analyze financial results cost drivers and profitability.
- Build financial models to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Lead and coach the finance planning team.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy Finance or a related discipline.
- CPA or CMA is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience in Management Accounting FP&A or Corporate Finance.
- Experience in Restaurant Chains Retail FMCG or Consumer Goods.
- Strong financial modeling Excel ERP and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
