Finance Delivery Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Finance & Accounting (F&A) Operations Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale delivery operations across multiple F&A functions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a BPO or Shared Services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee end-to-end F&A operations across R2R P2P and O2C processes.
Manage multi-functional teams with 50 headcount ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Ensure accountability for service delivery performance including SLAs productivity quality and accuracy.
Drive operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across multiple F&A towers.
Monitor analyze and report on key performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflow standardize processes and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

Professional expertise in F&A operations with deep knowledge of R2R P2P and O2C processes.
At least 7 years of managerial experience in BPO or shared services environments.
Proven experience managing large-scale delivery operations across multiple F&A functions.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-functional teams of 50 employees.
Excellent understanding of OTC P2P and R2R operations including compliance and process governance.
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
