Join a growing restaurant group as a Finance & Cost Accounting Manager where youll oversee financial costing inventory management margin analysis and financial reporting to support strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead cost accounting and inventory reporting.
- Perform profitability and margin analysis.
- Monitor food cost performance.
- Develop cost-saving initiatives.
- Support budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls.
- Collaborate with Operations and Procurement.
- Review standard costing methodologies.
- Improve reporting processes.
- Manage the finance team.
Qualifications
- CPA required.
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy.
- 8 years accounting experience.
- Restaurant FMCG Retail or Manufacturing experience.
- Strong leadership and business partnering skills.
